85 We were in a bind with our roof being torn off by another company and had a storm that had come through. Dave and his crew were out the very next day and had the roof deck replaced from damage and sealed that same day. He and his crew even managed to get our house shingled the following day....
Repaired and installed new shingles. Removed an old chimney and installed a cap. Extended roof over back door for coverage Demolished concrete steps and installed a deck with railings, 2 sets of steps, and lattice We were very impressed with the quality of work, communication and clean up.
I advise against using them to power wash a painted wood deck. I expected a professional to discern whether a painted deck would benefit or be harmed by a power wash. I had to pay another person to demolish a 10x13 part of my deck that was ruined by the power wash. I was told since I paid...

The repair was done in a timely manner by men who were trustworthy and skilled. Everything looks great now and I am more than happy with the results We are forever grateful for them standing up to the problem and repairing it as well as they did.

"Job included minor drywall repair in kitchen soffit and to a lace ceiling, and painting of repairs (and two extra rooms and trim), and our entryway wall and trim as well as the stairway walls and trim (to the top of the stairs). The drywall repairs were seamlessly done, and the painting of the repairs and spraying of lace ceiling very good. We know that lace ceiling repairs are hard to match, but these are nearly flawless match. The painting of the other rooms (dining and parlor), were completed with the same professionalism, quality, and care for my property as the repairs in the kitchen. Mario was quick to respond to questions and very responsive with changes made at the last minute. The job took 3 days. I highly recommend Reyes Painting to everyone reading this review.
