I noticed that he gave us more room than usual in the winter time for turning around which is better than most plowers! Also, he moved some snow away from the mailbox without me asking, so that’s another bonus! Great job overall, and I would be happy to pay for these services again! "

"TERRIBLE PEIPLE TO WORK WITH. IM OUT $50. It took about 2 weeks to get Brian out to give me an estimate. At that time, he told me he charges $50 for an estimate which goes towards the work if he’s hired. He’d not mentioned that before and it was a red flag but I gave him the $50 and he said he’d be back on 7/19. I texted him the day before to confirm and he didn’t respond. So I texted again that evening and the text wouldn’t deliver. I called and a msg said I was calling from a restricted number, he blocked me! I called Cameron the next morning and explained what happened and he said he was trying to reach Brian as well. He told me he’d come out and do the work and would call me back with some options of when he could come. Four days have passed and no call back. I’ve tried calling again and his mailbox is full. We do not make you sign a contract unless your doing a estimation payment option or a large commercial account. We firmly believe that if you do not like our work you can find another company to fit your need at any time. We also do some small engine repair, blade sharpening, and chain saw sharpening with usually no pick up or delivery charge with a quick turn around time.
