"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

No, boilers and water heaters are not interchangeable because they serve different primary functions. Boilers are used for central heating systems, providing hot water or steam to heat your home. In contrast, a water heater's purpose is to supply hot water for daily household use, such as for faucets and showers. A water heater alone cannot supply the warm water or steam needed for a central heating system.

While they are not interchangeable, it is common to have both a boiler and a water heater. In fact, a conventional boiler often works best when a water heater system is already in place. The two systems can be combined to provide both heating and hot water, either by pairing a boiler with an indirect water heater or by installing a premade combination boiler-water heater unit. For home heating, some homeowners may also opt for a furnace instead of a boiler.

The radiators closest in proximity to the boiler heating system will heat up first. Radiators in rooms farther away from the boiler will take longer to heat up and may be the coolest rooms in the house. The radiator unit itself should heat up evenly; otherwise, there may be trapped air inside it.

If your boiler is 20 years old, it’s time to get a new one. Although it may seem to be working fine, it’s likely eating up more fuel than it should. Also, compared to a brand-new boiler, one that’s 20 years old is probably not working as well. When you get your new unit, you’ll notice that your home is heating more quickly, and the heat is consistent throughout all the rooms.

If you go to turn it counterclockwise and it won’t turn anymore, it’s open. Like most other valves, you should be able to turn a radiator valve counterclockwise (to the left) to open it and clockwise (right) to close it. To close a radiator valve, turn it clockwise until you meet some resistance and can’t turn anymore, but do so carefully to avoid breaking the valve.

Probably not. Moving a boiler to a new location is a very different prospect from replacing it in the same spot, and significantly more expensive. Plus, boilers are typically carefully positioned in proximity to pipes and radiators when installed.
