Growing up the son of a master carpenter, I began working with my father at the age of 8 years old .cleaning up job sites and gradually moving into staining, painting, and installing kitchens. At age 16, I worked closely with my father as a carpenter's helper building, framing, siding, and entry level trim work. My skills continued to evolve and at the age of 18 I became responsible for trimming and completing most of the projects for my father. At age 21 I was running my own crews and building custom homes.
