The chemicals in our pool were way out of whack and Advanced Pools gave the best advice and what to add to the pool to get it back in order. Their chemicals are top notch, and their personnel are very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back again.

They gave us a reasonable quote and they came out quicker than anyone else. We didn't end up with them simply because they're so busy and they can't actually do our pool until July. From a time perspective, it doesn't make sense to have a pool up in July.

Missed lots of places when dusting. Vacuumed around footstool, table, etc. leaving dirt under them. Worked a much shorter period than contracted for, lost house key, never returned second key after being discontinued. Over all, poor quality work.
