We've called, texted and emailed him for WEEKS and he never responds. This isn't the first time we've had this problem with him. Looking at online reviews, I now see that this is a pattern with this company. I regret that I ever referred people to him. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE INITIAL INSTALLATION!!"
