The pricing was fair for the amount of the work he did.  When he came for the calking it was OK.  The clean up was not done very well.  He needed to run out to get more needed product to complete the work.  While he was doing this I ended up cleaning up mold and removing additional calking.  When I left I realized he had missed some spots as he seemed to be in a rush."
