"Workers were here 'sort of' on time. Job took a day or two longer than expected. New shower looks great. Shower floor is an issue. The floor is not solid, and takes some getting used to. Overall, we are happy with the new shower, but the floor needs to be addressed along with a chip in the floor ceramic tile, caused by workers."

"The floor looks great. We went with a porcelain, which Rich recommended based on the need and location. Rich provided a fair price and did a quality job. My dissatisfaction is the amount of time the job took. Rich thought this would be a 2 day job. It turned into a 3 week job. The problem was that Rich would not show up on days he said he was coming and then we wouldn't hear from him. I had to make numerous calls to him to find out when he would be coming to finish the job. He finally finished and it looks great."
