That was informative. Second, he solved all but one problem that we presented, which he had suspected he might not be able to solve when he first visited to estimate the job; he accomplished, therefore, as much as he could. He and his assistant spent three hours in the house, working steadily throughout. They cleaned up completely when they finished. His final bill matched his estimate for the job. Jim called me afterward to make sure everything was working as planned and repaired.
