Electrical and plumbing were subcontracted and I have no complaint on their work. However for the work this contractor performed.....It started out okay, complimented his work... But by the time the last of the porch repair and the bathroom reno was completed I realised I had made a huge error...

I was very disappointed in the company's response that they could not paint a couple bedrooms for several months.  I explained that I was preparing to put my house on the market within the next month (this was in June) and I was told they couldn't commit to an interior job until the fall.

Got the first loan and are making payments so have not yet refinanced but expect no problem. Car salesman confirmed approach is okay with their finance company.
