"Andrew and his crew did an amazing job building this garage. Even though he ran into some issues with the supplier of products he went above and beyond to make sure we were kept informed. Additionally, he also replaced (and improved) an existing garage door in the lower level of our home. He also repaired some siding on our house. They even put our two garage door openers in. Overall, we were more than please with his work and his crew."

"Dean has been an amazing help to me and my husband. We have used him twice now for two pretty big issues. One was a tree through our roof into our bedroom. He did an amazing job repairing the roof and redoing the bedroom. It was a super stressful time that he made easier and the work was amazing. We reached out a second time when our tile shower was leaking and needed to be replaced. Again he did an amazing job completely redoing our shower and it turned out beautiful. He makes these stressful times easier as he is very understanding and easy to talk too. I highly recommend Dean and you will be very happy with the results."

",I bought a home on the east side of Providence Last August.  It's a great home, But after 60 Years with the same owner it definitely needed some major remodeling.  Richard had previously completed some painting, electrical, and roofing work on the house...So i was excited to get started with him.  I cannot stress enough how great his team is, he used Licensed plumbers and Electricians...a professional tile guy...and for the cabinet installation and general remodeling I was lucky enough to get his Father-in-Law Bill.  A former boat builder and all around great guy.

All of the guys that worked on the job were professional, polite and conscientious.  I had remodeled a Kitchen in a previous home...and every aspect of this job ...electrical, plumbing, flooring and cabinetry installation beat my previous remodeling experience hands down.  Old homes always have their surprises, Richard's team addressed every one of these without any changes to the original estimate.

Working with Richard is a joy, he is responsive and professional and personally makes sure every aspect of the job goes well.  I had some difficulties with the Cabinet Supplier, and Richard helped me resolve all these issues satisfactorily.
If Angies list allowed A+'s  Richard would get one in every category.

"The way to go. Future Homes is reliable and great at their craft. Dan and Ryan were a pleasure to conduct business with and were very knowledgeable. Their crew was top of the line, hard workers. They built my place from the ground up. Energy efficient is the way to go! Radiant heat added with solar panels and spray foam insulation. I am very happy with this establishment. I recommend anyone looking to go solar or be more energy efficient to go with Future Homes USA!"

Custom Home Builders questions, answered by experts

It’s typically more cost-effective to move a building along with its accessories than to demolish and rebuild it from scratch. However, that’s only if you can move the accessories without damaging them. However, if you plan to demolish the accessories anyway, it is advisable to do so before the move to save costs.

The early stages of building a house are harder than the later stages; laying the foundation and framing the house are two of the most challenging steps. However, it varies for everyone. Some people have difficulty installing HVAC, plumbing, and electricity, while others find it harder to plan the house and secure the necessary permits.

A carriage house is a freestanding building, while a townhouse is connected to other units. A townhouse is a full single-family home and typically shares a parcel of land with other connected homes. A carriage house is rarely used as the sole single-family home on a property and is most often an additional building sharing property with a traditional single-family home.

The primary reason homes have crawl spaces is so the foundation can reach down below the frost line to avoid dangerous soil movement and structural damage when the ground freezes. They’re more popular in colder climates where the ground freezes down to a few feet, and slabs are most popular in warmer areas where there is no frost line. Crawl spaces also provide a space for utility lines to run where they’re at less of a risk of freezing.

Yes, such as using eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient designs for long-term savings.
