"Highly recommended. Jose and Cesar were great. They were reliable and their work was excellent. They completely remodeled our condo including 4 bathrooms, floors, fireplace/hearth, etc. It was a big job and they worked with us to make sure everything came out exactly the way we wanted. "I don?t usually write reviews like this, but I had to for Top Notch Construct, LLC. We had luxury vinyl flooring put in throughout our living room, kitchen, and hallway?and the first time I walked in after they finished, I honestly just stood there for a minute taking it all in. It didn?t even feel like the same house. Everything looked so clean, open, and put together in a way it never had before. The living room feels warmer and more inviting now, the kitchen looks brighter, and the way everything flows together just makes the whole space feel bigger. It?s one of those changes you don?t realize you needed until you see it done right. What really meant a lot to me was how easy they made everything.
