The crew installed two power head blowers, one for a large sunroom and another for the living room. The heat pumps are nearly silent yet powerful enough to do the entire first floor of our 3000 sq foot home. The entire install was done in one day and we were thrilled with the result. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
