"This was our first time using Apollo Insulation and Geremy and Dennis did an excellent job removing our old (rodent droppings and urine) insulation. They disinfected and repaired any damage caused by the rodents. New insulation was blown in and we couldnâ t be happier. From the initial inspection and quote Geremy was on top of keeping us informed on what would be done to complete the job. Apollo Insulation cleaned up behind them inside and outside leaving our home with no mess. The price was very reasonable and we were very pleased and satisfied with the quality of the work. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
