"Just purchased home,and second day in heavy rain caused pump to fail. Called andin less than 3 hours I had them at my house with a replacement pump and installed. They stayed till basement was cleared and said they would return in the next day to finish job. I have special needs with my back and we got exactly what we wanted round bowl and standard height.
