"Just purchased home,and second day in heavy rain caused pump to fail. Called andin less than 3 hours I had them at my house with a replacement pump and installed. They stayed till basement was cleared and said they would return in the next day to finish job. "We got TWO (you see in pics one has green seat cover, the other purple) Kohler water saver 1.28gpf plug free toilets! I have special needs with my back and we got exactly what we wanted round bowl and standard height.
