They said it was a two man job but it turned out to be one guy doing the work and the other guy sitting in the car looking at his phone or just not there. They got the job done promptly which was essential in this case and it looks fine but I am not feeling the value."

"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."
