Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"This is the second time I have used NE Renovations.    On a Saturday morning I discovered I had no heat, my heater would not come on.  I contacted the individual I had used in the past and was told they could not come out for a few days.  I sent an e-mail to Richard, the owner and he contacted me almost immediately.  He told me he could come out the same day to see what the problem was.

He showed up on Saturday on time as scheduled.  Unfortunately, the part I needed had to be ordered and he told me he would be over first thing Monday morning.  Sure enough he arrived at 8:00 am and his employee, Jimmy arrived shortly after.  It turned out additional parts had to be ordered.  Richard kept me informed of the progress all along.  After the parts were obtained, the heat was fixed and works great.
