"Category is not really correct. We needed a garage clean out including an old refrigerator, clean up of debris in crawl space, clearing of miscellaneous junk from garden shed, and removal of a giant long. Mike did it all, quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. He, was a pleasure to work with."

"Derby Junk could not have been more cooperative. We talked this morning and he was here late afternoon. He lifted a hide a bed couch by himself. That in itself must have been challenging. He was very courteous and a pleasure to meet. This man runs his business very efficiently. I will recommend Tyler every chance I get. Thank you for allowing me to meet this man"

"I have a couple rental homes with some older siding. I didn’t want to go the route of pressure washing due to the risk of it cracking. Patriot Soft Wash & Lawn offered soft washing services at a great price, so I figured I’d give them a shot. I could not be happier with the results and my old tattered siding looks new again. Hopefully now I can get a couple more years out of it because replacing them. I will certainly hire Patriot Soft Wash again."

"Dragonfire was prompt to respond, gave a fair estimate & stayed within that estimate, answered many questions, assessed our camp road properly, arrived on time , completed the job on time . Family owned operated business who gave us good advice to maintain the road. We will use them again & possibly hire them on a long term project coming up!"

"Jared Hughes and assistant Taylor worked impressively hard for two days just before we listed our home. They did a superior job and we have recommended them to our friends. Also had Jared do more work for us yesterday. Very polite and extremely competent."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Chlorine has a shelf life of between six months and several years, depending on its type and formulation. Liquid chlorine can often lose its effectiveness in just a few weeks. Pool owners can find themselves with overstock that they need to get rid of. The best way to dispose of excess chlorine is to take it to a hazardous waste collection site and let the pros handle it.

Lead removal can take a few days to several weeks, depending on the work needed, particularly if the lead is widespread and in hard-to-reach areas.

If your home was built before 1978, there’s a chance that any paint on your hardwood floors could be lead paint—especially if it was already there when you moved in. Because lead is toxic, hiring a licensed pro to remove it is mandatory. The average price for professional lead paint removal ranges from $1,500 to $5,300 and depends on the scope of the project.

While not all homes built before 1978 contain lead paint, enough do, so you’ll still want to test to be on the safe side. The federal government banned lead-based paint for homes in 1978, but your state may have banned lead before that time. Around 24% of homes built between 1960 and 1977 contained lead-based paint, while 87% of homes built before 1940 contained lead-based paint.

Professionals use appropriate equipment to prevent property damage and ensure efficiency.
