Very well ... fast and not that expensive (respectively). The price is with all of the discounts I received for all of the "old folk" subtractions. I only had 1 complaint (and did not bring it up with Mike as I could take care of it on my own) - they got glue on the floor and did not clean it up.
The office and garage staff were very polite and professional. The technician explained and showed me what he would do and the expected results before he did any work. If I have anymore windshield issues I would take my car there again. My insurance covered the cost of the repairs.
