He explained his fee structure clearly, asked, if possible for pix via text of the items we were disposing so he could give us the most accurate estimate ( which we sent), and the total price was as he told us. He and his partner arrived a few minutes early. When he was gathering the items, he realized that we had one item- a number of paint cans- w/ paint in them, that, by law, he’s not allowed to take. He explained this and gave us all the info re: what to do. Our experience w/both owners of M&V Removal =100% professional and great!
