"Job was done when scheduled. Had to have a large covered deck leveled. The foreman Ron was excellent. Originally scheduled for 1-1/2 days got it all done by finishing after 5:30 p.m in one day. Sean Gleason came by while the job was being done to check on things and made recommendations to make sure everything was perfect and oversaw what was happening. He came back again the next day and checked the work one last time to make sure the job was completed and I was satisfied. Said that in the spring after any other movement of the deck to check and make sure it was level. Had a level on the deck while doing the job to make sure it was completely level. Doors and windows all open and close easily now. Job well done!"

Small jobs welcome

"I hired Bob to remove the satellite dish from my metal roof. He did an excellent job and even took the dish with him for disposal. In chatting with him I found that I have several other handyman projects for him and look forward to having him complete those for me. He is hardworking, honest and dependable. I give him a perfect 10 for his work skills!"

"They were really great to work with and very accommodating! What we thought was going to be a small job turned into a much larger one once they opened up the frame and we saw the water damage not only to the door but to the joists and floor underneath it! The extensive rot and ants didn't faze them at all. They have us time to think about how we wanted to proceed at each major junction and executed our plan to a T. They were very budget conscious and pleasant to work with. Great communication via text, phone, and face-to-face."

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

Yes, most states require a plumber to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations. Check our state licensing tool to review the local plumber guidelines.

As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification, which include:

  • The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check

  • Required to have applicable state and local licenses

  • Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review

  • Paying to advertise their services

  • Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi

Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.

Yes, professional services include proper fuel line connection and ventilation to meet safety codes.

Appliances typically connected to a gas line include gas stoves, water heaters, furnaces, and gas fireplaces. Essentially, any appliance in your home that uses gas needs to be connected to a gas line, which connects your home with the main gas line owned and operated by your gas company.

You can maneuver your gas grill into place, but you cannot connect the grill to your gas source yourself. All municipalities mandate that a certified plumber carry out this work, so you’ll have to reach out to a plumber or a gas grill installation company in your area. Given how dangerous a gas leak can be, gas lines and connections are highly regulated, so you’ll need a professional’s help and a permit to install a gas grill.

On average, a gas grill can last from five to 15 years. The exact lifespan depends on several factors, including the brand and quality of the grill, frequency of use, and whether the gas line is buried or above ground. With proper maintenance and care, such as regular deep cleanings to remove food, grease, and carbon deposits, a grill's life can be extended. Protecting the grill from the elements with a cover can also prevent rust and reduce the need for repairs. Most grill manufacturers also offer extended warranties, which vary in coverage and terms.
