Wayne identified the cause of the problem (improper repair done years before by a different contractor) and remediated both issues. In so many ways, he proved to be a valuable and trusted resource. He is knowledgeable, careful, and practical, fully explaining the problem and describing my options. Pricing was very fair and importantly, he showed up when he said he would, worked full days, and stayed on the job until its completion. We could not have been more satisfied."

"I highly recommend Archadeck of Central Maine. The carpenter, Garret, except for a few hours on the first carpentry day and the entire last day, worked on this by himself. He did a phenomenal job! On the last day he was joined by Preston and he did a great job as well. This project had some unique elements. First, was the slope of the ground. Second, was the design. The lower deck was designed to hold a hot tub (not shown here) to be accessed from the upper deck in the area between the two railings. One whole side of the upper deck remained without a railing as I wanted deck access to be at any point along the footpath. It'll be my task to backfill the gap between the deck surface and the footpath. Total number of days worked on this project was six (6). TJ and Jessi are easy to work with and the cost was very reasonable. We are THRILLED with the results!!"
