"Just purchased home,and second day in heavy rain caused pump to fail. Called andin less than 3 hours I had them at my house with a replacement pump and installed. They stayed till basement was cleared and said they would return in the next day to finish job. Showed up on time as scheduled and finished beyond my exspectations.i cannot say enough about this company. Truly deliver what they promise. From sales staff to the installer. "Morton Excavation was GREAT! I asked for 2 estimates, one with a small retaining wall, one without. After receiving the estimates, I contacted Morton and asked how soon could they get started? “Next week, and we should be done in a couple days.” They did have to put me off for one day, but they completed the job in 2 days, cleaned up the work area, and did an excellent job. "George and his team were extremely friendly and professional. This is a good group of people. Courteous and thoughtful, they were able to do a complete installation of both systems from scratch in about 6 hours.
The new radon remediation system (Bubble Up) has the added benefit of boosting the fixture pressure in the house to city level or better (60-75psi) as well as completely resolving the pH level of the water.
The cost was slightly lower than the other two quotes we received, partially due to the fact that Absolute offered a "multi-system" discount since two systems were going in at the same time.
