"Josh was great to work with. He was very responsive, fair and followed through on exactly what was needed (drywall finishing) under a tight deadline (with a tenant about to move in) and with a great attitude and attention to detail. There was an additional job (building a firewall in the attic- not the best of conditions) which he took on even though it meant adjusting his schedule. I would recommend Josh as a skilled and reliable contractor with a great work ethic and positive can do attitude."

"Great! We were not sure that this technique was the right solution for our business so we needed to try cleaning a single mold first and test it before having the remaining molds cleaned. Andy was very accommodating in this process and made multiple trips to finish the job. He also worked with us to find the best media since surface finish was very important. "It had to be done for a real estate listing an he came out and did the pressure washing when the windchill temperature was around 30°F. Terrible weather for washing outdoors. The job was excellent. A good job on stubborn mold/mildew"
