""Handymen" only begins to describe Wayne's capabilities. While repairing exterior trim on my house, I discovered that two carrying beams had been compromised and required repair/replacement. Wayne identified the cause of the problem (improper repair done years before by a different contractor) and remediated both issues. In so many ways, he proved to be a valuable and trusted resource. He is knowledgeable, careful, and practical, fully explaining the problem and describing my options. Pricing was very fair and importantly, he showed up when he said he would, worked full days, and stayed on the job until its completion. We could not have been more satisfied."

Home Additions: Smaller projects to add additional floors, rooms, patios, porches, etc to existing homes will be offered. The process will be similar to that of new homes, although the time involved, budgets, and scope will be smaller.
