Changed to the next day. Then got another call late afternoon that they had to reschedule again after I took another day off. I said no. You need to honor your commitment. Tried calling the tech back 45 min later and he wouldnâ t answer. Needless to say I lost 2 vacation days and no response from this company. They never even reached out to reschedule.
