The entire process was 100% satisfactory. Josh reliably kept in touch via both phone and e-mail as necessary. He was specific about times and dates, and if he had to change an appointment, he always gave sufficient notice. If he was somewhat delayed, he called to let me know. Overall, the work was done perfectly. When I noticed one small area that didn't dry to the look we expected, Josh came back promptly and redid the area until we were completely satisfied without trying to talk his way out of the situation or give any excuses for not redoing it on his own time. He and his crew were all polite and very careful not to track dirt into the house. (I can't say that for all the repairmen who have been in and out of here.) His quote was very fair and although the whole project cost slightly more than estimated, he clearly explained why, I knew he was justified, and he absorbed some of the extra expense himself even though it wasn't due to any fault of his. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and helped figure out solutions to my problems, most specifically my concern with keeping the kitchen grout fresh looking. (I should note that my original tile installer, who helped me choose the original grout color, just poohpoohed my concern about discoloration and told me it would clean up easily with grout cleaner used several times a year. Ha!) I hope I never have to use anyone else if I need more work done down the road.
