"These pros were absolutely amazing.Talk about "an on-time" company....for the consultation.. So, this was the third company we asked for an estimate!! We were literally blown away when they came in between $800-almost $2000 less than any of the other estimates we got. Yes, we initially were a bit apprehensive, but their Master Electrician laid it out for us, same identical configuration from our electric panel in the unfinished room to the garage for the charger installation. Of, course, why would we not hire them? They had experience with these type of installations. Parker and his guys...were always available if we had "just another"question. Yes, we hired them...and they lived up to everything. Always on time....no hiccups, no changes, just a smooth---no stress---installation. "I hired Jev Jesjunins as general contractor/project manager to renovate and rebuild a mid-1950’s ranch home in Portland which had not been updated since initial construction. During the process we discovered many unanticipated problems from leaking pipes and leaking basement walls to seemingly unending roadblocks with the City's building department. All issues were resolved in a highly professional and efficient manner. In addition to managing the project and working with subcontractors, Jev’s company was directly involved in rough and finished carpentry, sheetrock hanging/finishing, windows/doors installation, insulation, building the garage and mudroom, front porch, and back deck. His company also handled gutters installation; interior and exterior painting and various handyman projects. Jev was also a great partner in questions of design. I would like to emphasize the great result of my new three bathrooms (there was originally only one). They are pieces of art. Accomplished the job quickly and adjusted the price for the extra work. Good price and was very professional explaining what he was doing. "Joe and his team well exceeded my expectations! The job quote was fair and the work is great, I'm so happy with my "new" kitchen! Pedro sanded and stained my cabinets and they look like new. Mike took his time installing the new hardware and if any of the handles don't line up, I can't see it, they look perfect! We also had a screen door / side door frame that needed to be replaced. Joe did an excellent job. The door was more work than initially thought and Joe stayed until the job was complete. Joe showed true work ethic keeping at it until the job was done! "It was a good experience in that I feel I got my money's worth.  Some of the jobs I had on my list were not completed due to reasonable concerns (e.g., putting in a vent fan in the bathroom requires an electrician's license which my contractor didn't have).  So I appreciate that he was honest but I ended up almost not having enough work for him to do!  Luckily, with their help we found plenty of work for them to do.  They did a great job finishing off an insulation job in my attic, patching holes and cracks in my ceiling/walls all over the house and a few other projects around the house.  Bill was great to work with and very accommodating.  Overall, this was a very good experience and I would recommend it.  Just make sure you go over your project list prior to the day of work.
