""Handymen" only begins to describe Wayne's capabilities. While repairing exterior trim on my house, I discovered that two carrying beams had been compromised and required repair/replacement. Wayne identified the cause of the problem (improper repair done years before by a different contractor) and remediated both issues. In so many ways, he proved to be a valuable and trusted resource. He is knowledgeable, careful, and practical, fully explaining the problem and describing my options.
