They worked with us on a plan of attack and adjusted their usual routine to fit our special needs. The whole process went very smoothly. I would say the crew was very concerned to make us happy & the results are excellent ! I might add that Duane was mindful to keep the cost within reason and made some very kind adjustments to the standard rate. I’m very pleased and recommend them highly ! "I called and left Dan a message, and he promptly returned my call.  Came out within a couple of days and was able to quickly tell me what the problem was. Worker who was sent out to complete the repair was professional and polite, and also pointed out an issue he noticed (with some missing shingles around the chimney) while he was up on the roof.  This was a very small job, and one that I would expect would get passed over repeatedly for bigger jobs, but they got it done in a reasonable amount of time, and I would use their services again.  (I have used them before, at a different house, for a new roof, and was pleased with that service as well).
