"I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

Concrete countertops can last a lifetime with proper maintenance. That includes regular resealing, waxing, and repairing any chips or cracks. How often you need to reseal marble countertops depends on the quality and color of the stone, the traffic on the surface, and the type of sealant. Sealing at least once a year is the general rule of thumb. However, if your large family loves to cook or the countertops are in a busy family bathroom, you might have to reseal them every six months (or more). The surfaces of your rarely used guest bathroom might not need resealing for a few years.
