For $1000.00, the plumber removed the house trap and ran the line directly to the sewer, cleaned the sump basin, and we have not had an issue since. In the end, we saved thousands of dollars and a lot of unnecessary drilling which would not have fixed the issue. I do not think that Rob was being deceitful in any way, but I was disturbed that he did not find the existing basin which was under a large, loose tile in the utility room where we stood discussing the issue for 30 minutes. In my desperation to fix the problem, I very nearly did not get a second opinion; boy, am I glad I did!

"The water pump failed. lI called my regular plumber and he did not respond at all.  I called CZ and told him there was no water in the house.  He said he would finish up the job he was working on and come over in about an hour.  They came as promised and determined that a new pump was needed.   They went off in search of a pump. they came back and installed the new pump.  It was 6:45 PM by the time they were done.  I appreciated that they stayed and finished the job. Later that evening the pump was running non stop so we turned it off. I called him at 7AM the next morning.  He said they would be over around 10  They showed up before 10 and fixed the problem.  While they were in the basement, they found a leaking drain pipe.  they fixed that.  There was no charge for the second visit  They were very pleasant
 professional and willing to answer questions.  I will use the the next time I need a plumber.
