During that period, in addition to performing general yard cleanups and smaller tree cutting/trimming tasks, Kevin and his team have installed a sizable stockade fence along the rear perimeter of our property, constructed an enclosed, wood and wire vegetable garden, designed/built a distinctive, multi-use pergola with abutting retaining wall feature in our backyard and handled numerous repairs and enhancements to our outdoor deck, front porch and various doors. "There were typical delays and communication issues that would be expected of any contractor but otherwise everything was professional.
The problem with buying this as a deal was that anything that wasn't covered had to be negotiated and knowing if the added costs were reasonable was difficult. It also felt as though the company was doing a lot of these jobs because of the delays in getting personnel to do the work in the proper sequence. The job ended up taking twice the amount of time.
I wouldn't buy a deal for contractor services again.
