"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. Strong math background; Geometry, calculus, physics, was accepted to The University at Twin Cities Minneapolis/ St. Paul for astrophysics, fell through the the financial cracks. In retrospect, couldn't imagine sitting behind a desk 10 hours a day. Building is all numbers, be it cutting a board or utilizing the cut off to save the customer cost of time and material. "guestimating" costs the customer, I don't believe in that New construction; smaller homes, additions, decks, porches, garages/out buildings. renovations; complete remodels: roofing, siding, flooring, kitchens, bath.
