I've built everything; decks, new houses, siding ( vinyl-cedar-clapoards) bathrooms (remodels/new) finished basement, structural supports, flooring, painting, full kitchen remodels. They also sent a finished work certification before the work was done to ask me to certify that it was complete. The owner discounted the work slightly, but it was a bad experience that delayed the house renovation and I do not recommend this contractor to others"

They also sent a finished work certification before the work was done to ask me to certify that it was complete. The owner discounted the work slightly, but it was a bad experience that delayed the house renovation and I do not recommend this contractor to others"

What was supposed to be a 3-4 week renovation in May became multiple months and unsatisfactory result. The job required demo, architect drawings, inspection, installing LVL beams, adding recessed lights, replacing wood flooring, and drywall. The whole job took about 4-5 weeks. Garrett walked us through the whole process and was always very prompt. If he said he would show up at 9 AM, he would show up at 9 AM. He was also very upfront about our costs?no surprises. Our new living room looks great! I highly recommend Garrett for any renovations!"
