The project was comprehensive, beginning with excavating the lot and finishing with delivering a weather tight shell 5-6 months later, just ahead of winter. There were many challenges with non-standard construction details required to complete the build and to satisfy our own exacting requirements for achieving a well insulated and air tight home. Wayne, Jesse and the team were very accommodating and we always felt that their primary goal was to deliver the home built the way we wanted it built.
