In our beach condo, the team did a complete remodel of our kitchen, living, dining and laundry area.Throughout the process, Ellen communicated with us daily about what was being completed and sent pictures to show us the progress of the work being done. If I had any questions or concerns about what was being done, I received an answer immediately. Tim had many suggestions and ideas to help our beach condo become the dream and vision we had a reality. "SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They came out and replaced one motion flood light. later that night it just stayed on. Then it started flashing for the rest of the night. It was facing my neighbor and flashing in their windows I immediately let them know and they wouldn't come out to fix it. I reached out the next day and they were too busy again. Then the day they were supposed to come they "got tied up " and couldn't make it again. I already paid them so I have no recourse. Extremely bad customer service. And very bad installation. Now I have to hire another company to come fix their mistakes."
