"We are a Church and had hired PCI to come out at give us testing on what looked like black mold. Immediately Chris was able to speak to our concerns and offer words of guidance even before he arrived promptly on site the very next day. Chris made additional time to join our conference call and stepped us through; at a granular level, of what and how to take next steps.
