"This was the 3rd time we have used Lawson and we have been very pleased each time. The first was a crawl space, the second was to remove old insulation in the attic and replace it. This time we had Lawson install a vent from a bathroom fan and install a Sanadry unit in our basement. No more moisture or musty smell! Great job every time and the men are pleasant to work with and respectful of our home. Neat and tidy work."

Hi there. 38 year resident of Maryland ready to offer friendly, prompt, and professional services.

"Chris promptly responded to my inquiry. We set the inspection for a week later. The night before he confirmed that he would be at the appointment. When he arrived he was pleasant and professional. He identified issues of concern and otherwise offered advice about improvements to systems."

"We are a Church and had hired PCI to come out at give us testing on what looked like black mold. Immediately Chris was able to speak to our concerns and offer words of guidance even before he arrived promptly on site the very next day. Chris was punctual and professional right from the 1st conversation and through out. He was able to give an overview of the technical aspects of the scope of work to be performed; which helped put my engineering mind at ease. Chris took the necessary samples as I had asked and then he did even more in that he gave a full building inspection of the affected and potential areas of concern. After the testing collection was completed; samples were submitted that same day. Again these actions were consistent with Chris helping to mitigate any anxiety I may have been feeling. He then gave me timelines and expectations of what was to come next; all key for me to function efficiently as the Site Facility Manager. Chris helped equip me with data and knowledge to share with my team. Even before the results came back to my email account; Chris had already called and alerted me that they were available to be reviewed. He then shared different options that were available for me to take based on the findings. As you might expect, me not being an expert in this arena, I was not as confident as I wanted to be in reviewing this report with my team; Pastor, Trustees, and Deacons. Chris made additional time to join our conference call and stepped us through; at a granular level, of what and how to take next steps. While mold testing and remediation is not something that I would want anyone else to have to endure; I absolutely would recommend People Choice Inspections to help you through your journey. They are trustworthy and professional. Also with Chrisâ expertise you will feel comfortable and confident that all necessary steps will be addressed. In short PCI is a great value and they are quite capable of helping you resolve you project needs. Sincerely, Lew."

"Gina came out the day after I called to set-up the appointment and did a fantastic job. She completed a visual inspection of our basement as well as collected three air samples. The top level results were available the next day and the full report was sent just two days later. Gina took her time to explain everything as well as potential remedies."

"Chris was WONDERFUL! I just purchased a home and wanted to have a mold inspection done for peace of mind. Chris took time to explain the process and put my fears at ease with his vast knowledge. He reviewed the test results with me prior to closing which gave me the peace of mind I needed to confirm I was making a good purchase and great investment. I highly recommend Mid Atlantic Commercial Residential Real Estate Solutions. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS!!"
