I would highly recommend Peopleâ s Choice Inspections LLC. The service was great. Chris took his time in explaining what type of inspection was needed, when the test results were available, (three Days), Chris called me at 6;30 P.M. to explain each detail of the report.

Good home inspection at a fair price

Chris was great! Very professional right from the initial phone contact. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about all aspects of a home inspection.

I used People's choice Inspections,LLC for my new construction home, pre-drywall and final inspection. Chris Huffman was my inspector. I was very pleased with his service. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time purchasing a home but Chris made sure he explained every part of his inspection process and he performed it all while giving me additional beneficial tips to help me during my process. I would recommend this company for both inspections although they offer many other services, I'm sure those have the same quality. I will definitely use them again with other purchases.

Chris was Amazing. He took his time and explained everything, he was doing in my apartment. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I felt comfortable, knowing Chris would be honest with me in whatever he found. I have already told family/friends about him and his business.

Chris and Matt came to my home to do mold testing they were not only very professional but Also kind and compassionate in compassionate and listening to some of my challenges with mold in my home And offering Helpful and reasonable professional opinions for protecting myself from mold exposure With consideration to the fact that I am allergic to all kinds of mold and mildew. I highly recommend their service.

I am ecstatic over the courtesy, professional knowledge, thoroughness, and actual help that Chris Huffman gave to me!! I have a mold problem and with his amazing equipment he found the exact problem areas! I will get detailed reports in 5 days on the samples he took. Chris was very knowledgeable and thorough as he navigated through the house and found a number of issues but also pointed out a number of positive findings. Knowable, very detailed. Efficient, well worth the money

A little hesitant at first since... as it was a new build, but we decided to pull the trigger on a pre-drywall inspection. Decided to go with People's Choice Inspection, LLC based on their previous reviews and service price. Turns out to be money well spent for the inspection. Chris arrived on time and was clear and quick in his correspondence. During the inspection, he noted numerous discrepancies (with pics) and explained the coding standards for the applicable county and the best inspection practices. The follow-up report was delivered as promised. As a result of his findings, the builder corrected all of the issues....which I am 100% positive would have been covered up by the builder and were previously ignored by the county inspectors. In summary, the inspection service was money well spent and I would recommend their services without hesitation. Based on our experience, we will be seeking their services prior to our final walkthrough with the builder.

We are a Church and had hired PCI to come out at give us testing on what looked like black mold. Immediately Chris was able to speak to our concerns and offer words of guidance even before he arrived promptly on site the very next day. Chris was punctual and professional right from the 1st conversation and through out. He was able to give an overview of the technical aspects of the scope of work to be performed; which helped put my engineering mind at ease. Chris took the necessary samples as I had asked and then he did even more in that he gave a full building inspection of the affected and potential areas of concern. After the testing collection was completed; samples were submitted that same day. Again these actions were consistent with Chris helping to mitigate any anxiety I may have been feeling. He then gave me timelines and expectations of what was to come next; all key for me to function efficiently as the Site Facility Manager. Chris helped equip me with data and knowledge to share with my team. Even before the results came back to my email account; Chris had already called and alerted me that they were available to be reviewed. He then shared different options that were available for me to take based on the findings. As you might expect, me not being an expert in this arena, I was not as confident as I wanted to be in reviewing this report with my team; Pastor, Trustees, and Deacons. Chris made additional time to join our conference call and stepped us through; at a granular level, of what and how to take next steps. While mold testing and remediation is not something that I would want anyone else to have to endure; I absolutely would recommend People Choice Inspections to help you through your journey. They are trustworthy and professional. Also with Chrisâ expertise you will feel comfortable and confident that all necessary steps will be addressed. Chris was extremely thorough/detail oriented, professional and knowledgeable. His rates are a bit on the higher side but you pay for the quality of inspection you seek! And home inspection is not one you should take lightly. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will for sure use their services again if need be!

Chris Huffman is an excellent property inspector. With regards to his professsional training and interactions with his clients: he demonstrates his concern for safety, he willingly goes behind his drone to get a closer view of a concern (roof or window), his willingness to explain every aspect of his findings while on the job is so valuable, he closely inspects and then explains it all, etc. Chris Huffman *****

Chris Huffman is very professional. He spent time to advise me what he found that needed to be corrected and what category they were grouped. A full written report was emailed to me and it arrived late that evening. I reviewed it the following morning. I am ready for the next step which is hiring a general contract to decide what action needs to be taken.
