"Absolutely amazing. Patrick, Amber, and their team do phenomenal work. We met with Patrick first. We wanted to pull all of the bushes in our front yard and plant new ones, but we had no clue what we wanted. Patrick listened to what we were looking for, provided suggestions, and sent plant and layout options. Patrick and Amber are very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Communication with both of them is great. They are very responsive. The team came out and worked quickly. We were extremely pleased with how everything went that we have hired them for spring and fall clean ups. We will continue to utilize their services in the future and highly recommend them."

"Ken beautified my property in 2 visits. He trimmed 2 Christmas trees, removed a huge unsightly bush and a 30-foot wild tree, collected and removed 10 years of trash in my yard and took down part of a nuisance fence. He also mowed the lawn and edged as well as mulched my garden and another area. My home went from a nuisance property to a well-groomed property I can once again be proud of. Ken is the ultimate professional who has a vision for what should be done, offers a very fair price and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I finally found what Ià ¢à  à  ve been looking for - an honest, fair and professional businessman."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

You can sell a house with lead paint, but there are several requirements. If you are aware that lead paint exists anywhere in the home, you must disclose that to potential buyers. Required home inspections will often uncover lead paint, especially for older houses where lead paint may still be a problem. If you have taken steps to encapsulate lead, you should provide buyers with full documentation of the project so it won’t cause any problems later on.

Chlorine has a shelf life of between six months and several years, depending on its type and formulation. Liquid chlorine can often lose its effectiveness in just a few weeks. Pool owners can find themselves with overstock that they need to get rid of. The best way to dispose of excess chlorine is to take it to a hazardous waste collection site and let the pros handle it.

The best way to remove lead paint is by wet hand sanding and removing all dust and residue with a HEPA vacuum. Professionals may also strip and scrape lead-based paint with a paint scraper. In some cases, you may choose to have a pro encapsulate or enclose your lead-based paint surface by covering it with a sealant or a new material. You may also choose to replace the material altogether.

Lead removal services typically cost between $1,000 and $5,000, depending on the extent of lead presence, the property size, and the complexity of the abatement process.

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is recycling or donation, if possible. That way, the world can reduce its consumption of raw materials and the volume at which materials have to be treated and disposed of. If recycling or donation is not an option, most waste can be disposed of through landfills or incinerators, but their collection and treatment are separate from regular day-to-day waste disposal.
