Description of Work: I would only use them for oil changes. I took my car in for an air conditioning check since I was having a problem. I had a coupon for a free ac check. |They said my problem was unusual and would have to have the car for a few days and couldn't give me a price but t said it would be upwards of $500. I said no thanks. When I went to pick up the car, they said it was $85 but they finally relented after I argued that the coupon said free check. Apparently, I am supposed to know the difference between a check/inspection and having an actual mechanic look at the ac. I still don't know the difference. |I brought my car to the dealer and there was nothing unusual about the problem and it cost only $240 to fix. | | I don't think they are dishonest, they just may not be equipped to deal with problems that aren't obvious to their mechanics.

Description of Work: We bought a new GE washer and dryer, which they delivered at the promised time and installed. They briefly went over the instructions for use.

Description of Work: They did a regular oil change and we go to them for all our auto work as well.

Description of Work: I realized last night that BOTH of my headlights were NOT working. I had to fit an appointment into my schedule (which I was not planning) THE NEXT DAY, since it is impossible to drive with no lights. I called and told them, and they said, "just bring it in and lets check it out." From when I got there to when I left (back to work), it was LESS than 20 minutes. They looked at the problem right away and had bulbs in stock. So the problem was easily taken care of. This was easier than grocery shopping. THANKS GUYS!!
