"Technician (Rich) showed up on time and listened to me regarding what the problem was. He then began his trouble shooting and before he started actual repairs, came in and explained what he had found, how they related to the problems I described, and his recommendation on repairs (replace one capacitor, keep another through rest of cooling season, and reattach one wire that had come loose). He suggested we get a complete system check at the beginning of next season to determine remaining life of compressor and if/where a coolant leak may be. He felt current system should make it through the remainder of the season without problems. I appreciated his listening, thoroughness in checking out the system, and explanation at the right level of detail for me to understand.
