"needed help with network security cameras in my home. Mr. Jim did not have experience with them but he was more than willing to try. He was very responsive and determined to fix the problem. He was not going to charge me if he couldn't help me. He did exactly what he promised and completed this project with a great attitude! "Mr. Dion Peeler was punctual when he arrived to quote the work and when he arrived to perform the work. He was able to diagnose the problem in a matter of minutes which included removing a section of wallboard. Dion replaced the outside hose spigot, replaced an inside ruptured pipe and re-installed the wallboard with very little evidence that a repair had been done. I was very impressed with Dion's commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of his workmanship. I am a lifelong customer to Cyress Construction going forward!
