The Conrad Homes work team (Patty and Blake) were excellent to work with and did an outstanding job. They were completely cooperative in taking our suggestions and doing the work as we wanted. I would not hesitate to have them help with any future remodeling jobs we might have at our home in the future. The work done on our master bathroom was clearly superior to the work done on our bathroom by the builder when the home was built in 2010."

"Gary was great! I lived on the 2nd floor of an old building and it was 24 steps up and 24 steps down with a lot of furniture and boxes. "After learning that the company wanted $300 for a pair of door sensors for my 1/2hp Craftsman Garage Door opener, I told Dave the technician that I thought $300 for a pair of door sensors was way overpriced and that I could get the parts from Sears for about $30 a piece. For $300, I could get a brand new garage opener! I will not be using this company for any future repairs and will be letting my friends and neighbors of their overpricing.
