We do travel around for our clients who need our help in making/remodeling their homes. We haul campers, boats, and vehicles, as well as custom (household/ residential) or industrial freight. "Really awful. Canceled a 4-hour cleaning just 30 minutes before appointment. I was moving out and the apartment badly needed some cleaning. I was moving out the following day and rescheduling was not an option. There was no time to find another cleaner. They supposedly refunded me $140 but I won’t see that money for another 7-10 business days. I am losing $500 in deposit because of Handy’s lack of care for its customers. They told me they overbooked but they should’ve known that way before and notified me much earlier so that I could’ve found a different cleaner. I’m beyond upset. I’ll never use handy’s service again. I’ll also give them really bad rating on every customer review sites. Thank you (sarcastic) Angi handy for causing me a $500 loss!!!"
