He gave me a very reasonable quote on my first call and set up a convenient time for installation..He gave me a reminder call the day before and a few minutes before arriving his staff arrived. The electricians were very professional and put down protective measures to keep the area clean, They minimized the area that had to be cut in the wall to do the wiring for the 3 new Recessed Lights and Switches. They covered the work area with plastic and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend this C.T. Smith Electrical Services, LLC for timely, quality, electrical work. "The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.

"Very responsive, a professional and very pleasant mechanic, excellent work, a bit exspensive, over $500.00 for 5plugs. The problem is they failed to fix the plug that was dead and failed to investigate or repair the flickering lights. I still have no idea if there is a fire hazard due to an electrical short. They did not appear to have any interest in dealing with the issue. Bottom line: I now have to hire another electrician. I originally chose Palmer because they are local, were very responsive to my inquiry and had an excellent rep per Angie's List. It is unclear to me why they were unwilling to complete the job. In any event, they failed me. I will identify and retain another electrician, just not through Angie's List . They failed me as well."
