"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

"I called the company and Anthony called me back promptly and set up an appointment to provide a free estimate Monday 3/4 at 9am. Precisely at 9am Anthony arrived, listened very carefully, gave numerous suggestions and quoted the price to me. He was totally professional, knowledgeable and a gentleman.  Out of 4 bids, this company was the lowest price. Normally I don't go with the lowest price being concerned that quality would be at risk, however, I am so glad I chose this company.... the quality of their work is outstanding! Anthony explained that they could do the work today,  Tuesday 3/5 and 5 men would be on site at 7am.
At 6:30am there were two trucks in my driveway. How often does that happen? Anthony was there at 7am reviewing the scope of work and ensuring all was well. The painters and the Master carpenter were amazing! As a seasoned DIY'r and someone used to construction and projects (we are renovating an entire 2 story colonial and have done this to numerous homes we have owned) this crew was probably the single best I have ever seen. They are "machines". Not only are they neat, nice and professional, they asked me regularly to check their work and if I liked what they were doing. They actually encouraged me to look at the work in progress and tell them if I saw anything i did not like (again, who does this?)
I am an experienced woodworker and their Master carpenter who installed the crown molding had me in awe. He measured, cut the pieces and they were spot on the first time. He was respectful of the materials I supplied and there was minimal waste. I cannot say enough good about my experience with this company, I will most definitely invite them back to my home to do more work. Quality, honesty and good old fashioned craftmanship is what I would tell you is their business model. Thanks to all for a great job!

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."

"My husband and I first me Rick last fall to do some prep work for landscaping, he came out and gave us an estimate and completed the work within a timely manner, cost ended up being cheaper than he quoted! YAY!!! We then contacted Rick again to install a phone jack in my home office after the phone company said they weren't able to do it! (really Frontier?) While he was in our home we noticed a leak in our basement ceiling and had called in the home warranty company who got us in touch with one of the local plumbers in the area...they informed us that the leak stemmed from a hole in the pipe from a nail in the bottom of the pedastal sink... Of course I had to get a second opinion from Rick and he discovered there was a second hole in the pipe further up and that the leak was saw sewage!! (Disgusting right?) It took him all of 5 minutes to figure that out!! He plugged the leak in the pipe and we called the insurance company. 3 months later after the walls were removed because of the mold everything taken out of the bathroom including the wall between the bathroom and office, we called Rick back to put us back together again! I called Rick out on a Thursday to give us an estimate and by Monday he and John were here hard at work! They put in a new ceiling in the basement and laid beautiful ceramic tile, they put up new dry wall, sub floor, carpet in the office and ceramic tile in the bathroom, painted the walls and ceilings and installed new light fixtures in the bathroom! I love it! Rick gives really gives good advise on beautifying your home! I look forward to doing business with him in the future! "

"We bought a big deal from Angie's List and returned it after Garry explained that he had not authorized the big deal but since we had bought the deal, Garry agreed to honor the price for the bathroom remodel. His team showed up to start work a few weeks (or maybe months, I can't recall) later and the whole bath remodel took 3 or 4 weeks.
The good stuff:
-The area around the bathtub was tiled and the quality of that work was excellent. 
-Another bonus was when Garry realized that our toilet had an unusual rough-in size and he called all around town and found a company that had a toilet that would meet our needs in stock. This saved us from the time and expense of having a toilet special ordered.
-Lastly, and I think this one is huge, about 14 months after our remodel, our downstairs neighbors called to complain of a leak that seemed to be coming from our toilet. I asked our building maintenance guy about it and he suggested that when we added the additional flooring in the bathroom perhaps we didn't have enough wax rings under the toilet to seal the connection. I called Garry to see if his team could come out and fix it and he came out himself to do the repair a few days later at no charge. I really appreciate that he stood behind the work his team did.
The not so good stuff:
-We had planned to have a new bathtub installed and therefore the bathtub was used as a storage space during the remodel and it got pretty beat up. When it came time to remove the old tub the team realized that the plumbing was not easily accessible (we live in a condo) so instead they would refinish our current tub. Since the tub had gotten pretty beat up during the remodel the final result wasn't as nice as it could have been. Also, the refinish has started to chip so it's not as durable as a new tub would have been.
-Another down side was that there were some spots on the wall that were missed when it came time to paint. They had been puttied but the fellow forgot to sand and repaint them. Since they were partially covered by cabinets we didn't realize this right away.
-The floor tiles seem to not quite hit the wall in a few spots so there are gaps between the baseboard and the floor.
Overall the bathroom looks new and clean so I'm happy.
