Like many projects, Renny encountered several challenges in running the lines, including a light switch (that he was going to splice into) that was inadequately grounded and installed during previous work. While the whole project took over 5 hrs, that time was commensurate with the work required. We also had a couple light switch replacements done which took now time at all. "The quality of the painting was very good.  There was some very small platter on the hardwood floors, but it cleaned easily.  The ceilings look fantastic and given that they are as high as 22 feet, that is no simple feat.  Also, the painting of the high wall required the painters to remove a 12?x9? Persian rug and reinstalled it on the wall approximately 20 feet high!
The painters were always on time and very courteous and did a nice job of cleaning up before leaving each day.
We only had one issue that occurred, which was a contemporary glass desk was damaged by the painting team while they attempted to move it.  What occurred was that two Lucite clips that hold the glass panels together snapped during the move.  Mr. Pozo was promptly notified by his team when it occurred.  Because the replacement clips were difficult obtain, I did take Mr. Pozo some time to locate identical replacements.  He was successful in doing so and the glass desk has returned to its original state.

"They did good on painting and floor installation. However when finished they didn’t put the wall plate covers and door stoppers that was removed back on. They gave a quote for everything that I needed done but then came back with a different quote and reasoning. There was just a lot of miscommunication on pricing and material. They had me to order more mixed paint than was needed. Other items that weren’t needed."
