They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"It was easy to make an appointment by phone; the pricing was based upon the size and type of the house (single family home, split level, 1800 sq ft). I understand it would have cost more if the house was taller, or less if it was a town house. The cleaners showed up on time, and had the entire job done in about 45 minutes. They used the water faucet from the front of the house to wash out the gutters and flush out the drain pipes. They picked up the gunk that washed out by hand so that it was barely noticeable. Garry and his team did a complete bathroom renovation and for a small bathroom (5X7) there was a lot of work that needed to be completed.  Garry was good about offering suggestions on fixtures and tiles and was able to find the perfect floor tile in the size I wanted.  He was also willing to pick up items at Home Depot when having so much stuff delivered to my apartment was not a good option. He also maintained his own punch list and ensured that everything on his list and mine was completed.  During the project there was a leak into my downstairs neighbor?s apartment. Upon discovery, Garry contacted her immediately and handled the situation quickly and to her satisfaction as well.

The project took longer than the original timeline and there were some unanticipated repairs after the tile came down and status of the shower pipes was identified.  Garry was great about answering any questions I had when I was home while the project was going on, but it was sometimes more challenging to get updates on the status of the project over email or by phone.

 I am happy with my new bathroom and would use Creative Hands Home Services again."

all the possible causes, and said he would not be able to determine exactly how
much work was needed until he began the work. He scheduled us for just over one
week later.
 
He and his crew arrived as promised and began to investigate two potential trouble spots.  One area was benign while the second required attention.  The roofing around fireplace chimney was improperly installed.  Jon and
his crew diagnosed the problem, installed new flashing and replaced both the tar paper and shingles in the affected area. 
The entire cost was under $400. 
The area was left neat and all debris was cleared.
